YWP is hiring for a Web Designer/Content Developer. 

Requirements

• Must be comfortable with web development. (this includes an intimate knowledge of HTML and CSS, and basic Photoshop skills)
• Must have a strong knowledge of web trends
• Must be well organized.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and shift gears quickly
• Must be an independent worker who thinks for themselves and helps the company move forward.
• Must be a team player. We're a small company and everyone's important.
• Must have an incredible work ethic.

Job Description:

• Content creation, styling and establishment of navigation. Content is at the heart of every site. It will be your responsibilities to not only create this content, but you will also need to present it in both the most aesthetic way possible and provide efficient, clean navigation.
• Client communication. We have team members who handle every aspect of each project, but our Content Developers are the primary contact for most clients and therefore are responsible for walking them through the production process.
• Getting better. Part of your job as a Content Developer is to keep up to date with what's going on with web development and keep getting better.
• Must be a rockstar.
