All Rural Water Districts are independent from one another. You can never call another water district to compare rules, rates, etc.
because one will never be the same as another. They all have different rates for water, late fees, installations, transfers, etc. and set their own due and late dates. All Districts have their own By-Laws, Rules & Regulations, etc.
