Shirley
Shirley joined RWD #3 in July, 1980. She is our office supervisor and handles all the challenges of the office.

Donna
Donna joined RWD #3 in December, 1993. Donna is knowledgeable in most all of the operations in the office, but her main duty is data inputting.

Esther
Esther joined RWD #3 in March, 1998. Esther’s main job is handling developments and extensions as well as data inputting.

Bonnie
Bonnie joined RWD #3 in August, 2000. Bonnie is the Districts bookkeeper. She handles all the insurance and financial duties of the District.

Lisa
Lisa joined RWD #3 in March, 2006. Lisa does numerous duties in the office. Her primary duty is to gather all information for accounts payable and receivable for the monthly board meetings.

Kim
Kim joined RWD #3 in July, 2008. Kim is our front desk receptionist. She receives payments, sells taps, and inputs data.

Bobbie
Bobbie joined RWD #3 in February, 2009. At this time she is overseeing the website maintenance, all online transactions, ACH payments, ITron and MVRS maintenance, and serves in many other office capacities.
