First Grade Supply List

2009 - 2010

5 - #2 lead pencils (please sharpen)

2 – Large pink/green erasers – no cap/pencil top erasers

1 – Pencil Sharpener

1 – Large glue sticks or 2 small glue sticks

1 – Elmer’s school glue – 4 oz. size

1 – Pair of pointed scissors

1 – Crayons 16 count (no more)

1 – Marker set with basic colors only (not more than 24)

1 – Box of Colored Pencils with basic colors only

4 – Laminated pocket folders (used for take home papers & testing)

1 – Primary Journal K-1 (Can be found at Wal-Mart)

1 – Large box of tissue (big enough to share)

1 – Accordion file folder (if you are new to our school)

1 – Large Supply Bag (approximately 7 1/2” x 12”)

A small zippered pencil bag that will hold 5 pencils and 2 erasers  (Any other container sent for holding supplies will be returned home)

WILL ALSO NEED ART SUPPLIES - SEE ART SUPPLY LIST 

Backpack or school bag large enough for the pocket folders to fit in.

Please make sure that your child wears or brings tennis shoes for gym days.
