Dear Parents,
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held Thursday, October 29 from 1:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
WE WILL HAVE SCHOOL FRIDAY, October 30.
Please indicate on this sheet your choice of appointment time by placing numerals 1, 2, & 3 in the proper time slots, which will be your first, second, or third preference of time. If at all possible, we will give you your first time choice. Return this sheet to your child’s teacher by Tuesday, October, 20. Please fill out one sheet for each child. After working up the schedule, we will send a note home with your child letting you know your appointment time. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s teacher.
