Happy 2011!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Break and New Year. I was excited about seeing the kiddos but, the getting up early not so much. We have a lot of exciting things going on. We will be finishing the alphabet and beginning our new reading books. This week we will also have our first Spelling Test. Please work with your children with the words in the Homework folder and please send back homework on Friday. Continue to work with the Sight Words and there will be Reading Word List sent home about every other week.
Tomorrow is Razorback day at school. They may wear a Razorback shirt and jeans. Friday I would like them to wear their tie-dye t-shirts. I never took pictures and I would like too. They can wear it under their hoodies.

Jesus Time- Jesus growing up
Math- Measurement and introducing Time & Money
Reading – Finishing the Alphabet letters “X-Z”
Spelling – cat, bat, sat, hat, fat, hat, rat, *flat, *splat
